How does the program work?
Ceresa offers a nine-month Leadership Accelerator for rising leaders, combining structured assessments and 360 feedback, three executive coaching sessions, data-driven mentor matching, and six months of high-impact, external mentorship (that’s you!) to drive meaningful change.
What is your business model?
Ceresa is a mission-driven, for-profit company. Companies or individual participants pay to go through the 9-month Leadership Accelerator at pricing that is highly affordable compared with alternatives such as executive coaching.
Our mentors work on a volunteer basis: we hold ourselves to a very high standard to ensure that they have both an incredible mentoring experience and rich opportunities for continued professional and personal growth.
Am I the right fit to be a Ceresa mentor?
Ceresa Mentors reflect a growing global, diverse community of leaders. We are always looking for successful professionals passionate about mentoring – we’d be thrilled to have a conversation with you to assess a mutual fit.
What is the time commitment?
Once matched with your mentee, you’ll engage once a month for six months: prep and meeting time generally take 70 minutes/month on average.
And, everything is virtual, so no need to determine a meeting place or fight traffic. We find that also means less small talk and more impact!
What if I’d like to sign up but can’t start mentoring right away?
Please, join us! As part of your onboarding, just let us know in the platform when you’ll be available for matching.
Who might I be matched with to mentor?
Ceresa participants range from first-time manager to C-level executive and are on a strong leadership track. They come to us in three ways: sponsored by our partner employers, directly as individuals investing in their own growth, and through our annual scholarship program focused on leaders in the nonprofit sector.
How is the content delivered?
You – and your mentee – will be supported throughout your journey with high-impact, researched based tools and curriculum, all delivered virtually and on-demand (and today, in English) through the Ceresa platform.
In addition to training materials, you’ll have full digital access to your mentee’s assessments, goals, and notes.
