Ana has 26 years of global marketing and online experience working across different customer segments and different regions, Ana combines her creativity with her strong analytical mindset to solve business challenges. She serves on the board of Latinitas and is passionate about helping women take the next step in their career journey.

Marissa leads the Customer Experience Center of Excellence at Adobe with past roles in Customer Success management, business operations, and Retail consulting.

Jean is the Founder of the Diversity Center of Seattle and Principal Consultant at Jeannie Ianelli Craciun Consulting. Jean has deep experience in corporate inclusion and diversity training, focus group design and execution, political consulting, and mentoring entrepreneurs who are women, PoC, and LGBTQIA+. She’s passionate about helping others take decisive action to facilitate greater works in their life by employing DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) in their daily practice and at every level.

Karen is HR Executive Partner at Applied Materials. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director of Global Customer Contact Centers at Applied Materials where she led a global organization supporting Applied Materials Services business across North America, Europe, and Asia. Originally from Brazil, Karen has been in the United States for 23 years where she has worked for IBM, Dell, and Applied Materials. She’s a strong advocate for women and inclusion in the workspace and has also volunteered with organizations such as Meal on Wheels, Livestrong Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Starry Foster Care, Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Club of Austin. During her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to beautiful beaches, and she also loves Latin and Country dancing.

Ada-Renee is the Global Head of Hiring Equity & Strategy supporting Google Recruiting. She is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of an inclusive culture; creating and delivering equitable and inclusive strategies for change while building the capability of Google’s senior leaders at scale. Previously Ada served Google in a wide range of people-focused roles: Employee Relations Partner, Senior Diversity Business Partner, Staffing Manager, Head of Diversity Pipeline - Tech, and a Human Resources Business Partner on the Technical Infrastructure HR team where she provided consultative guidance on people operations strategies to North America and Latin America Datacenter leadership. Ada is passionate about helping black women navigate a successful career in corporate America.

Vanitha is Director of Engineering at BuildASign.com. With over twenty-five years of experience managing enterprise programs, and application development in the high technology sector, Vanitha is skilled in new product development, re-engineering, budgeting, financials, building teams, and resource management. She’s passionate about helping women be true to themselves while emphasizing their strengths. On a personal note, Vanitha lives in Austin with her husband and daughter and loves reading, traveling, and history.

Jennifer is Vice President of Customer Success at TrustRadius. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of customer-centric roles and has grown from an individual contributor to the VP level, thanks to some great formal and informal mentoring along the way. Jennifer is very process-oriented and has a track record for helping to grow and scale teams.  She has informally coached several people throughout her career and constantly works to maintain a good work/life balance with two kiddos at home. Jennifer is passionate about helping women navigate the corporate ladder while maintaining work/life balance with kids.

Laura is Senior Director of Partner Success and Sales at Vrbo, part of Expedia Group. Her tenure consists of sales and operational leadership roles with extensive P&L ownership in B2B organizations with consumer-facing products. She has a track record in scaling organizations and implementing practices designed for optimization, operational efficiencies, and the development of leaders. On a personal note, Laura is passionate about helping others with career advancement and building and leading great teams. 

Erantzeri leads all digital marketing efforts at Viking Cruises.  Previously he built and led marketing teams at BrentwoodHome, MoviePass, and Hulu, and started his professional career in Finance.  Erantzeri has been around technology and the web since early on (1995) at which point he began learning HTML/CSS, then the LAMP stack, and is now a hobbyist data analyst.  He is a husband and father to two teenagers and believes dogs are people (has two dogs). 

Tamra worked at National Instruments for 27 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice-President of Global Support and Services, Director of Product Strategy, Director of Product Management, and Director of Software Marketing.  She has also served on several non-profit boards and is passionate about mentoring people to help them advance their own careers.

Anudit is a business and technology leader in the advertising and marketing technologies space. His deep experience in data centric product innovation and design and innate understanding of the ad-tech space make him a frequent contributor to industry publications, conferences, and round-tables. As the Chief Product Officer for MediaMath, Anudit is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of the entire suite of MediaMath’s product capabilities. He drives the evolution, positioning, and launch of new features and programs across all regions and brings MediaMath’s product vision to life.

Ryan oversees franchise development and operations for WeWork.  Prior to his current role, he was Co-CEO for WeWork India. In this capacity, he managed numerous aspects of WeWork's India operations, including growing the building portfolio through design and development, scaling local infrastructure and personnel, and continuing the WeWork tradition of first-class operations and community-building. Ryan was the first person hired to help scale operations back in 2012 when WeWork had 5 open locations and 35 employees. Prior to WeWork, Ryan spent time working in Sales and Account Management for Marriott Hotels in New York City. Ryan received his BS from the University of Delaware with a double major in Marketing & Management.

Cristina is a dedicated and seasoned management professional with leadership experience that spans industries, cultures and languages. As the Managing Director of vcfo’s Austin office, Cristina has helped to customize solutions for clients of diverse cultural and traditional backgrounds. She is fluent in English, German, Native Portuguese, and conversational Spanish. She is currently a Board Member for the Easter Seals of Central Texas and Austin Technology Council. She is an avid hiker, a sports lover, and loves nothing more than watching a local high school lacrosse game or taking a weekend trip to the Hill Country for some much-needed wilderness.

Karen Coker is Head of Vendor Risk Management and Contracts Management at University Federal Credit Union (UFCU). She was previously the Director of Corporate Procurement & Legal at Trellis. In addition to deep experience in third party risk management which also includes project management and procurement, Karen is passionate about developing future leaders through mentoring and sponsorship activities and relationships.

Shannon Lucas, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Catalyst Constellations, has over twenty years’ experience working with startups, launching her own ventures, and driving innovation into the world’s largest companies. She is a passionate thought leader about creating sustainable organizations in every sense of the word; for people, planet, and profit.

Jessica is the CEO & Executive Director of Women@Austin, where she steers the organization's mission to advance and empower women entrepreneurs. She is an entrepreneur herself, having co-founded Pro Mama, a community and resource for moms to help them find flexible work. She has over 15 years of experience in development and marketing in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Previously, she served as Development Director for Sustainable Food Center and on the Austin - Travis County Food Policy Board, helping people access fresh food in Central Texas. Jessica received her BA in Marketing and Small Business Management from Georgetown University. Now, she lives with her husband, 6-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son in Austin, Texas. 

Meher is a Human Resources Executive with 15 years of experience. She enjoys consulting with early stage ventures and start-ups. Prior to launching Eventzforce, Meher held several corporate HR leadership positions in Business Software (SaaS), Cloud Computing, Business Process Outsourcing and Meeting Procurement.  She has extensive experience in setting up human capital infrastructure in several geographies, with a focus on developing and executing recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, technology and employee relations strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values. She is currently pursuing her PGPX from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and has been recognized by several accolades throughout her career including special recognition from the CEO in her last corporate engagement.

Rosa is a proven Sales leader with 20 years of experience. She’s the former Chief Revenue Officer at Clearfield and has held various executive sales roles in a range of telecommunications and utility companies such as 3M and Nokia. In addition to deep sales expertise, Rosa has extensive experience in leading global teams through inclusive collaboration while delivering exceptional customer focus and service. She is passionate about helping others elevate their authentic self at work while taking their career to the next level.
