Pivotal Webinar Series: How to navigate the transition to lead in a new norm?

We are living through a pivotal moment in history, and it can feel overwhelming preparing and looking for ways to navigate through the new world of work. At the same time, every step is an opportunity to evolve how we work, how we support our teams, and show our commitment to a new human way of work.

Ceresa will host a series of virtual webinars to assist you and your organizations to have candid conversations about talent retention, whole person growth opportunities, succession planning and managing changes for a better future. Over the next few months, we will bring business and HR leaders together to discuss how to deal with the most difficult challenges we face in 2022 and beyond.

How to navigate the transition to lead in a new norm?

A PwC survey revealed that 78% of CEOs agreed that remote collaboration is here to stay for the long-term. As a leader, how you lead the team to pivot your organization from on-site office culture to a hybrid/remote environment will be critical to whether your team can thrive in the new norm.

In this virtual webinar, Anna Robinson, CEO of Ceresa, will converse with Sarah Jones Simmer, CEO of Found, and former COO of Bumble, to discuss:

  • Creating clarity of vision for the mission, vision, and working model to bring your team forward

  • Building engaged cultures of belonging with dispersed teams

  • Creating a psychological safety net for your team to speak up during changes and challenges

  • Balancing vulnerability, positivity, and optimism as a leader -  through personal and professional tough times
