Jenny DuFresne, CEO, DuFresne Solutions Group, a leadership training firm that supports CEOs and mid-level managers build great teams, reduce employee turnover, and create a thriving company culture. Jenny served 10-years in the United States Marine Corps. As a trailblazing leader, she founded the one of the first all-male public charter elementary schools in the US. Jenny writes about her experience in her bestselling book From Empty to Overflow. The book is written for women leaders who desire to create harmonious lives and lead well. Jenny holds degrees from Harvard University and George Mason University.

Amy Ruppert is the VP of Learning & Impact at Ceresa. For over a decade, as both a talent development practitioner for Fortune 500 companies and professor at Central Washington University, Amy has imagined, created, and facilitated curriculum and learning experiences for adult learners. Her breadth of expertise ranges from topics as varied as grammar instruction (adopted by Washington state as part of the common core curriculum for colleges and universities), field-leadership training (at Starbucks and Gap Inc), and unconscious bias and inclusivity education (at Target). Amy holds a BS in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Oregon--go ducks!--and a MA in Composition and Rhetoric from Cental Washington University. Amy and her wife Layne recently relocated to Austin, Texas where they're enjoying the sunshine, music, and all the queso they can eat.
